We go through the running order together and agree the must-have moments, interviews and sponsor shots.

How quickly can we have clips for social media?

If you need something while the event is still fresh, we can deliver short social clips within days and follow up with the full highlight film once it’s finished.
Can you film multi-day events?

Yes, we regularly cover festivals and multi-day programmes. We’ll plan the schedule with you so the key moments are always covered.
Will you need anything from the venue?

Usually just access, a rough running order and somewhere to charge batteries. If we’re recording talks we’ll ask about the sound desk so we can take a clean audio feed.
Do you cover events outside Surrey?

We do. Most of our event work is across Surrey, London and Hampshire, but we travel throughout the South of England and beyond.
